How to Return an Item

Get Approval
Our team will review your request and provide return authorization and instructions
Pack Securely
Pack the item in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and invoice included
Ship Back
Send the item to our address using our courier service or as instructed by our team
Refund & Exchange Process
Exchanges
- • You may exchange the product for a different size, color, or similar item of equal value
- • Exchange processing time: 3-5 business days after receiving the returned item
- • Shipping costs for exchanges may apply depending on the reason
- • Product must meet all return condition requirements
Refunds
- • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item
- • Refund will be issued to the original payment method
- • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- • Bank processing time may vary (3-7 business days)
Important Notes

Shipping & Return Costs
Our Fault

Size Exchange

Customer Preference
Returns due to personal preference are not accepted as per our policy and Pakistani commerce regulations.
